Etasia Interlinings is a 100% Export Oriented Specialized Interlining Manufacturing Industry. It started its operation on 1st August, in 2010. We have two woven & three non woven and polyester coating machines. At present production capacity of woven interlinings is about 72,000 meters a day & non woven about 1,44,000 meters a day & polyester about 48,000 meters a day. Total land area of our factory is about 75,780 sqft. The factory is comprised with a four storied building with 13,345 sqft space in each floor and added another two storied building with 11,600 sqft in each floor. At present the number of total manpower, engaged in various jobs, is about 110. We have six covered van which are running day nights to deliver the goods to the garment-factories of the customers all over Bangladesh.
Our goods are certified with Oeko-Tex (Class-1) & REACH certificates. We are the recommended interlining supplier for Tema (Turkey), DeFacto (Turkey), Trutex (UK), H&M, Espirt, Bestseller, VF Asia and Carrefour etc. We are having very good responses from most of the reputed buyers, in reply to our approach to them. We would like to inform you that we did the trial order through the makers for Buyer David Howard successfully. Now we are also under process of getting nomination for David Howard (UK buyer). Some of the makers of Perryellis, UNIQLO, GAP, and LPP also buying interlinings from us which (interlinings) are not specified / nominated and work with so many buyers of Japan, Europe & USA market through Vendors.
